Would be so much better if his concentration/tackling was abit higher and his pace a little more, however he can do a job for most sides at any level. Cracking name as-well. :D

A great centre back. Scores a lot from corners but you may have to wait until season 2 to get him for a reasonable price.

Kind of seconded.

Agree with the suggestion of Otamendi, but not the level. He was rotated as first choice for me as Arsenal (season 1) and he was excellent. Can be good enough to start at the big teams imo.

Have him for Newcastle, and he has been an absolute rock, Am very glad I signed him!

Was worried about him being Injury Prone, but he went the whole demo without being injured and with a rating of 7.36 :D

Good young defender who would do well being brought through the ranks at a low Premier League club.

Brilliant find, thanks for that. His first game for me he got a 7.4 rating despite scoring an own goal (not really his fault, the ball hit him on the way in).

Question: He's also accomplished DM, does anyone know if he'd perform well in that roll? I'm looking for a destroyer in DM and he might be just what I need. xD

Is Michael Turner good enough to go to one of the top teams, or only effective in mid-table? I ask as an Arsenal player, who wants to bring in some good English talent.

I have a save with Arsenal and i am half way through my second season and i bought Turner in the second season and he has got 5 goals for me already and his average performance is around 7.20 nearly every game. He cost me 10 million though.

Bought him for Arsenal and has proved well worth the money so far. Strong and great in the air, adds much needed height to my team. I've set him as a "stopper" and have Gallas as "cover" and it's proving a great partnership!

Anybody managed to snap Chiellini from Juventus? seems he is the best defender in the game from his stats, did not manage to sign him, he is not interested and juventus dont seem like giving him up, they are also my rival club as im playing milan ( i just started my second season) brought in Gonzalo Rodriguez instead but he is not performing up to my expectations... by the way Thiago Silva is an amazing defender, playing as a ball playing defender...i dream the duoo Silva - Chiellini...

Anyone checked out Simon Kjaer? He seems to be good but I haven't tried him and I need a CB. Looks pretty cheap (under 5m) too.

He's just signed for inter on my notts couty game for £26.5 million at the start of the fifth season.

Guessing he's pretty special

Name: Dejan Lovren

Age: 20ish, not 100% sure

Nationality: Croatian

Club: Dinamo

Position: D RC (if I remember correctly)

Value: around 1 mil at the start I guess

Sale Value: my guess is that you shuoldn't have to pay over 1 mil euros, but I may be proven wrong

Work Permit Needed?: I think so

Very decent DC prospect, might have to load a bigger database or the Croatian leagues, but he is very decent in defense and solid at offensive corners.

Work Permit Needed?:

I don't know if this guy is a regen ? Dont think so, because he has a picture from the face pack I downloaded and is 19 years old. I'd like to print a screenshot, how do you do that ? I went to 'print screen' but what i get out of it doesnt come up like the actual FM page, more like the data put onto a normal page. If someone lets me know,I'll put it up.

Heading 19, marking 19, tackling 19, anticipation 16, decisions 17, influence 19, positioning 19, teamwork 20, workrate 19, penalty taking 19 !

Anyways, the guys stats are nuclear, apart from physical which can hopefully be trained up.
