Because its true ;-)
Mine is because of a play I was in 3/4 years ago. I was Disco Stu from The Simpsons (weird I know). Ever since my friends have called me that for some reason. 94 is because it is the year I was born.
Mi ne is tomiscool, because my name is tom and i am cool.
My dads nickname - the © was something fancy I added.
From the Valheru Ashen Shugar....
well my name is tom and i fancied a little smiley face on then end
i support man u and my surname is Moss
Named after the legendary Canvey Island, who I managed in FM06 (after getting sacked from Aris), but said in an Essex accent, which a Canvey Island supporter would probably have.
Mine is named after the former Manchester United striker Ruud van Nistlerooy. And 774 because I tried all of the numbers up to and including 773 to no avail

in a row?
I chose mine for two reasons. Firstly for the last 30 years I have been a serious Star Trek fan and secondly because they probably wouldn't have allowed my original choice Jock Strap . I know that they wouldnt appreciate my odd sense of humour.
<- Cos I like coffee!
My name is from when i created my first e-mail account. The computer coughed up my first name together with the 2 first letters of my second name and surname. That was about 10 yrs ago, and it seems like it's unique. Haven't encountered another user anywhere with that name yet
Because i am a small person named Liam.
patrick was taken so i left out the a and the i..
My name lies

Ehvan is the name of a character I played/play in some online RPGs, have had the name since about 1999? Wanted something fantasy sounding, was 15...it worked. HSV because they're the family team.
Because my nickname is chappie and the .dm because I've run a game of D&D for more years than I care to admit!
ch - where i live
uk - nationality
Back on the first Pro Evo when they had the "Classic" teams for Italy, Brazil, etc but couldn't use real names for the players Marco van Basten was called von Tasben. Remove the space and capitalisation and there you have it.
Marc - My Name
FTM - Sunderland saying "F**k The Mags"
was reading paulo coelho's The Alchemist. XI was a tribute to the little blobs that's lighting up my fm game.

Because my name is Craig Hopper. Put the first letter of my first name together with my last name and you get the nickname I got throughout school and now have when playing 5-a-side.
The 99 is because I first used this as a name on the internet in 1999.
I used to play a lot of Call of Duty onlione and needed a nick for that. I'd just been reading Slaughterhouse 5, and so chose "Pilgrim" as I wasn't very good at Call of Duty and rarely really knew what was happening on the servers...
When I came to reg here I used Pilgrim for that reason. Then I forgot my login details and ended up changing my email so I had to create a new account, and so I needed to add the "UK" bit.
I am not, have never been, and do not intend to become, a Plymouth fan.
Bod, because that has been my nickname for the past 20 years . 33 because that is my age, well 34 now.
sorry got confused with another login. 1035 is just random
My name is Tie, just put my name into the song "Old McDonald had a farm"... It started at a May long weekend camp out over beers and guitars.
In honour of managing the team with the greatest name. And proud of taking a Finnish club from relegation to Champions league group stages. All hail Matti Lahitie.
my surname makes up the last 6 letters of my nick...
guess how long it took for poeple to start calling me Chilliconcarnie....
I'm old and boring.
My original name on these forums was Jimbokav71 back in 2003/04(ish), as it was the start of the email address I had. Then I changed ISP's and email addresses and was to stupid to work out how to get SI to send me my sign in info so I re-registered with my new email address Jimbokav1971, (which is a mix of my forename and surname and my year of birth).
Told you I was old and boring (and stupid).
Because my name is James Clench
you cant get much simpler than that!!
I like to drink my username with some coke (the beverage, not the powder)
Inspired by the brilliant House of Pain song 'Danny boy':
"Chop suey don't do me no good, I gotta have corn beef and cabbage
If I wanna manage"(...)
That's all there is to it. A bit weird, but reasonably original if I may say so myself.
xouman comes from showman. A ski teacher called me so watching me skiing, I did in a particular way (I was learning ). Quickly everybody called me showman because that teacher was quite popular. But showman is too common so I changed it to xouman.
I randomly joined this forum to ask one question and never thought I would be back again. Apparently I was wrong.
My username helps me to remember my real name. Also I worry I might forget where I live.
smith = last name
69 = looks like my star sign, Pisces
gers = my team
Tom - First name
Lat - First 3 letters out me 2nd name
There we haver TomLat
Cos I couldn't come up with an interesting username but you can't leave it blank.
Bit boring really - the team I support.
At the time when I registered here I was a total newbie to internett community and had a friend helping me out. Because of me needing help he tought I was a vegetable and called me Veg instead of Leo. And after several request the mods haven't changed my username
I should have thought it was obvious.

Trekman means in dutch slang **********man.
Because it is my name?
rtik = arctic but how i say it,
-1 = 1 because the name might have been taken,
-one = somebody could have take rtik-1,
My mates say I'm cold as ar-tic because i don't say the "c" so i use it as a badly spellled nickname.
not too much guess work? im full of meself!

Tom short for Thomas,L cause my surname starts with one of those.
Mine is from a segment on Fantasy Football (ah, the memories!) about Mr Stimpson, the pub owner from Peterborough.
I was about 12 and copied the scene. Stimpson became Stimps and 2 is my footie number.
As simple as that....
Anyone who knows Tolkein's "The Hobbit" well will know where my username comes from, anyone who doesn't won't care. As far as I recall it is never mentioned in Lord of the Rings, but probably gets a mention in some of those books on the history of Middle Earth that I've never bothered reading.
I guess I ought to re-read The Hobbit since I haven't done for many years so can only just remember that Glamdring, Gandalf's sword, was picked up from the troll's lair.
Its what people call me.
