Hello, maybe someone can shed some light on this or know what to do, I hope so. So this has happened; I’ve had a tremendous second season and won everything. Now most of my players have pre-concerns over improved contracts. They range from squad players to key players, and they all want between 100k-180k wages being on anything from 30k up to 100k. Those earning the most obviously being key players and already got new contracts less than a year ago. I simply can’t afford new contracts to 11-12 players of 100k to 180k each. What do I do? Any help or tips are we

The other day I was reading someone’s fm story on here, and they posted a screenshot of the wage table in comparison with other clubs in that league.. can anyone point me towards it in game cos I’m stuffed if I can find it anywhere. Cheers

I think it would be a good idea if the board sent you an email expressing their concerns over the wage budget, allowing you to make adjustments before they start reducing the percentage you receive from player sales. for example, I had a transfer budget of £6M and a wage budget of £20k, I offered a pre-contract to a player worth £27k a week, meaning that my budget showed a wage of -£7k and immediately my board reduced the percentage by 30%, not a major issue but a minor annoyance

my regen after two seasons in first team does not prolong contact, although I have an incredibly rich club (the transfer budget is more than half a billion, my salaries are free more than 3 million euros). I was playing with him and he became a star, the club wins all titles including the Champions League, but I cannot extend the contract. why is that? Player says: I don't believe the club has the resources to offer me the improved contract i desire. What can i do to save him?

I really miss a function where I can speak more naturally to the players when they ask about a new contract. The answer-options almost never covers my reason for not starting a negotiation with the agent/players. The reason for me not wanting to grant them the new contract is often that the players want to include a "minimum fee release clause", which they have locked in. I would love if it would be possible to say to the player something like: "I think you deserve a new contract, but if you want it you have to remove the *PULL DOWN-MENU* from your demands" In the pull down-menu I

So far I am loving FM19 and into my 4th season with Man United there is 1 thing that is annoying me so much. When i buy a star player or a wonder kid etc. i try to give them 4-5 year deals as soon as possible to tie them down to the club. But within literally 6 months (i.e. the summer transfer window to January) they have a "pre-concern" where they want a new contract. This makes literally no sense as they all have 4 and a half years remaining on the current one. Normally i would ignore this but i have noticed whenever they have the pre-concern their determination will often decrease by 1

How can I establish a minimum wage limit? (for example in Faroe Island) I put all professional clubs and league ruls say that the salary rule is 2.000€ for ALL players (minimum) and I want to reduce this value thanks

I'm managing Hartlepool United in it's 3rd year in the EPL after 4 straight promotions and currently defending EPL champs (all realistic things, i know). Since the beginning I've had my own wage structure in place to remain as profitable as possible. example: The 1st year in the EPL was £25k/w, 2nd year was £40k/w. I have quite a few incredibly good players who are now all asking for big wages or moves to superclubs. I'm talking £80-180k/w. The board will allow up to KP: £325k, FT: £185k. I'm spending a total of £687k/w out of £2.5m/w allowed. That's £20m/y less than when Pompy won t
