I have been playing as Arsenal for 10 seasons, however, despite doing quite well, the boards current confidence in me is at 15% and they are "ashamed of showing their faces in public anymore due to the damage i have inflicted on the clubs stature within the football community". For info, I am in pre-season of my 11th season in charge. In that time i have won 8 cups (3 Com shields, 2 Carabao cups, 2 FA cups, 1 Euro cup, One Super Cup and 1 Champs league which, incidently, was in the season just finished!) and have won the league twice, finishing in the top 3 for all 10 seasons so far). I had a similar topic before. Still struggling to understand how the reputation rating work. I upload another case of my player wanting to leave during January transfer windows. Of course I didn't allow it to happen. Then my team beat PSG in quarter final Champion League. And their player has urged my player to join them to enhace his career. I just found this really funny.. For Information, I've won the last three Champion League in a row.

Hi, I'm managing in Northern Ireland at the moment and I'm struggling to get my reputation above 1 star. What is the best way to do this? I know reputation is gained by cup and league wins but I doubt NI cups/leagues will get me much rep. That just leaves the Europa League/Champions League and I don't think I'll have much of a chance of winning them! Do you get big rep gains for playing in the group stages of these competitions?

*** Disclaimer*** First and foremost as always, I unfortunately feel the need to inform anybody that reads this that this isn't a rant or a flaming post. All of my posts are meant to foster discussion. Sometimes, sadly the community turns against one another. Secondly, since I discovered FM, I've had nothing but success at it... The first few versions I lucked into it and everything past that has been about applying real world tactics within the confines of the definitions of Football Manager. I would presume that it's wide spread knowledge that club and manager reputation is considered

So, I bought the game via Play Store yesterday, and started playing, I picked up Sintrense (Portuguese 3rd Division) and Started playing, I Won the promotion final(It's like winning the title) with only 1 defeat, and over 100 goals scored although being knocked out in 3rd Round Portugal Cup Next Season I felt the team was good enough for the 2nd tier, and won't need my help to go up So I Saw some clubs which had gained promotion to the 3rd tier from the 4th Keep in mind my Rep at the start was Normal(Local) and in game my Rep is Regional in the new season

Hi Im playing a Spanish game and started as an 'unknown' manager. Im now in season 4 having started unemployed (no idea if that makes a difference) and taken Gernika from League 2B into a mid table La Liga team, however my manager rating is still stuck on 'obscure' Not sure how to go about raising this (I'm making profit from transfer, developing youth, underspending on wages etc etc) or whether it's a glitch within the system Attached a screenshot
