Hi everyone, thanks for visiting the Match AI Forum. Just a quick reminder to please always attach a PKM when raising a match issue on the forums. We use PKM's to further investigate issues, as that is what contains the unique match data. We may ask for multiple PKM's for the same raised issue, this is because the more examples we have, the higher the chances of the Development Team being able to find a balanced fix. To upload files to us, please use the SI Cloud Service. You can drag files directly into it, or can 'Click to Select Files' to open up Windows Explorer and find the file on your system. Please remember to mention the file name of the uploaded file in either your forum post or when in contact with a support agent.

One thing which would really help us log bugs quicker and make sure the relevant information is provided is a quick template of the things to include. This can be found below. Just a quick note to make you all aware that to enable full cross-functionality between Epic and Steam, we have to reset the leaderboards in time for the full release on the 24th November. This will likely happen later this evening, on Friday the 20th November. From the point of the reset on, all leaderboard scores will be retained. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
