Apologies all if this topic/question has already been covered somewhere. I have looked and looked in 4-5 various places on 3+ websites/forums, including this one, and have not been able to find the simple answer. So... Inside each players Development - Training page there is a Menu available to select the player's Intensity level of training: Double Intensity, Normal Intensity, Half Intensity, No pitch or gym work, Send on Vacation, and then at the top... Automatic. That choice is what I have a question about. What does "Automatic" mean exactly? I'm guessing it means my Physio's recommendation is already selected/approved without me having to constantly monitor the player's condition and progression???? Or does it mean something else? Thank you kindly for any help.
- Almost every single player that's put on individual training complains about ''Feels that the assigned training is not going to produce.... etc.'''. Both youngsters and senior members do this. It's really annoying since certain attributes need vital boosting. I assume this is a bug or are all my players whiney turds? - Coaches regularly feed back that a player should no longer do a certain individual training since ''it's not a weakness in his game anymore'' or something like that. Which is ridiculous, especially if, for example, you have a 18-year old defender with a strength attribute of 8. If you change it to something else the same notifications happen. This happens to a lot of players. So none of my average players have any weaknesses in their game? - None of the ''additional focus'' areas for individual training seem to include ''Crossing''. Is this a bug or am I missing something? - The training workload of my team always seems to be on ''Average'' even if I add extra sessions in the training schedules. Is there an option to change it to ''Normal'' or ''Heavy''? If there is, it's difficult to find. - Is there a way to have a player from my first team tutor a youngster from a B team? I know you have to create mentor groups but I seem to be unable to add players from the B team or u19 team to that group?
I have this youngster (btw 16y old and bald?): In my tactics, he will play (not now, after some years) as Poacher and Complete Forward/S. I was wondering, what would the best approach be for his development. 1) Choose to train him as a Complete Forward so that he will focus on more attributes and with a additional focus on Finishing/Off the Ball, like the following image, or 2) choose to train him as Poacher with an additional focus on Dribbling so that he will focus more on the "important" attributes? His other (less important) attributes are very good for his age and i am sure they will be increased with/without me. I would really like to focus more on his Dribbling, Finishing, Off the Ball and Acceleration. What should i do? Go with Poacher? EDIT: I am in control of the youth's general training. After the first 2-3 weeks of fitness training in pre-season and the one month of team cohesion after that, i distribute the other 4 categories (attacking, defending, ball control, tactical) equally, different training each week.
