Apologies if this has been asked before, but if I have a 16 year old with decent potential, would moving him to the first team but leaving him available for the under 18s have any effect on him? As in would it improve him more/quicker training with the first team than it would leaving him in the under 18s?
A friend and I are still in our first season, but we ran into something weird. Our B-team always plays their matches on the same day as our first team. That way we can never let some players play with our B-team to get their condition or form up. Now we've enabled the option that our games are on the same days all the time, so we don't have to wait on each other. But this shouldn't affect our B-team as well right? Or in any case, these games shouldn't be on the same day at all, since they play a game in a different, lower league. We're playing in the Eredivisie, Netherlands. And our B-team is playing in the Keuken kampioen Divisie. Anybody else that got this same problem, and found a fix for it?
promises screen: promise - increase in the first team football when i promised for more playing time, how to fulfill the promise? MUST i play him in premier league? can i play him in local cup like FA cup, league cup? how about champions league? europa league?
Hoping to finally get help from anybody, I´m reposting my problem with fm2016: " As I´m ready to register my team for the European Champions Cup, suddenly all of my first team players that are at the club (not the ones loaned out) are gone! The images show that I have not excluded any of them through the filters. I already tried to go on holiday, hoping that this would fix the problem. It didn´t: the assistant coach just promoted 2nd team and youth players to the first team and registered them for the competition. Neither updates nor taking a longer break from playing solved the problem. Also just normally looking at my squad (without the registration tab) all of the first team players seem to be gone... " Since September I haven´t received any help yet. Please help me now! Thanks!
