The year is 2019 and after many many years of hurt in the UK the english FA has decided to take things into their own hands in order to increase the quality of the english national team and force every single team in england to only use 3 over 20 year old foreign players in their playing 11. this rule change surprised the whole world but everyone from the UK seems to be very supportive of it since people are tired of seeing south american wonderkids take over their continent. Every club in the Premier league and english championship have supported the decision and have added buy english players and develop players using the youth facilities to their club vision. ps. brexit has also been disabled since it is a disaster. Hi everyone! During my multiple managerial experiences in England I noticed that the TV selection criteria did not reflect the real situation of the TV coverage for English matches. We are all aware of the 3pm blackout disposition, but for many years now Premier League, Football League and FA Cup have further matches being scheduled to be broadcasted abroad. Just some examples of the overseas situation: - Premier League: all 3pm Saturday matches and Midweek matches have TV coverage - Championship: one 3pm Saturday match have TV coverage each week - League 1 & 2: one 3pm Saturday match have TV coverage during international break - League Cup: first two rounds have an additional TV match. Third Round have 5 or 6 additional TV matches. Starting from Fourth Round all matches have TV coverage. - FA Cup: one or two 3pm matches have TV coverage per round. So, I suppose the developers prefer to replicate domestic TV criteria and probably the overseas TV selection which I mentioned do not have a financial impact for the clubs (no addtional TV revenues, but maybe I'm wrong). But for the FA Cup is another matter. The club involved in overseas TV matches (or featured highlights matches in UK) receive a payment (still lower than that received by clubs whose match is broadcasted by BBC or BT Sport in UK), but this condition is not replicate in the game and could have a significant impact when you manage a club in lower leagues and reach the proper rounds of the FA Cup. So my request are: 1) Faithfully reflect the real TV selection for EPL, Championship and League Cup matches (for example all EPL matches marked with TV word maybe by giving a different note to indicate TV overseas matches) in order to achieve a further touch of realism 2) Add further real TV selection and payments for FA Cup matches I think these small changes could be easily implemented in next game or in next updates if developers are allowed to take account of overseas TV situation I Hope I'm making myself clear. English is not my native language. Sorry for the lenght of my post.
