Why on FM18 there are still options to tell a player he did well when his rating is < 6.00? Or did bad on > 7.5? Or for the team you did bad when you won a game 5/0 you can say You should do better next time... How should they? I know, it is good to have options, but when those options are there just to wait for the FM manager to misclick... I dont think it is a good idea... I misclick maybe 5-10 times a year... nobody would say you did well for a 5.0 rating player... So plz add some rating conditions for team talks to appear! It should not be difficult, is it? Also (1), not sure if this matters for game engine or not, but for youths that you are adding to get some first team experience, they normally do bad, but you dont want to say that they did bad on the game, because you know they did bad because they are not fully developed, but you cant also say that they did well because they really didnt. So add an option to say something appropriate for those cases. Also (2), the same as before, when you rotate a squad and they do bad on a game that you were clear favorite, but you know they did fairly well because they are all reserves and got a good result despite the circumstances... you cant say they did bad, but you cant also say they did well. This one may be a little more difficult because the game have to recognize squad rotations. Is it possible to add this function? Also (3), maybe not interesting to the game, but... Add an option to auto team talk on players that has a rating >x or <y?

I would like to ask everyone notice the missing ability to touchline shout to your boys while in match with any tone at all. Missing is the ability to use any aggression, assertive, calm... Why!!! It was such a great to FM17. And also when you make a sub you can't give him a clear talk of what you expect of you super sub!!! Pls FIX!!!

Loving the new game but I've a couple of issues that I'm not sure are glitches or me not understanding the rules, probably the latter. First up is being able to hold a team meeting during the season. I was doing well with Southamton until I got drubbed 4-1 by Arsenal. As the players morale dropped a bit I thought I'd hold a team meeting to give them a morale boost but it's saying I can't hold a meeting during the off-season? I thought the off-season was when the players were away at the end of the season? Second issue I'm having is registering players for the Europa league. The rules state that under 21 payers don't have to be registered and yet three or four 17 year olds in my squad have now come up as unavailable as they weren't registered. What am I doing wrong?

Hi! Sometimes when your team plays really great (f.e. kicking Dortmund out of the stadium with a 6-2 when you are the underdog) or abysmally bad (f.e. trailing 0-4 at home after 20 minutes when you are the favorite by a mile) you don't have the appropriate team talk options. There has got to be a way to go mental on their lazy behinds (f.e. Ballistic -> "I regret that the rules won't allow me to substitute all of you." / Ballistic -> "Are you competing for the top spot on the not needed list?") or praise them like there is no tommorow (f.e. Thrilled -> "That was the best performance I have ever seen by a football team."). I'd really like some more extreme options, not just these streamlined lines you hear each and every week in every interview concerning football ...

I think it would be useful if you could give individuals a team talk/feedback during half time or post match BEFORE having to give a whole team team talk. If I have a team at half time with ratings of 6.7 but one player who has made a mistake at 6.3 and one trying really hard at 7.1, I have to give everyone the same advice/feedback before getting to do individuals which, in some cases, then causes unhappy players. It would be better imo to be able to speak to the two individuals first and then give the blanket talk to the rest of the team. The same goes for post match, if there are ratings all over the place, why cant I give everyone an individual talk rather than have to do a team one and then individuals?

Hi, I've played FM 2015 ever since it came out and decided to update by getting FM2017. I'm playing the beta version now and there seems to be several things that I found valuable in FM2015 that have been removed. Can anyone confirm if they have been removed, or if they're being done in a different way please? 1. Staff - Firstly, I can only see my most senior staff (e.g. head physio, head scout, etc). Does anyone if I can see all staff (e.g. physio, under 19s coach, etc) another way or has it gone? Secondly, the 'staff responsibilities' tab I'm used to has been removed. Again, can I assign responsibilities another way or has this gone? 2. Training - The really useful old calendar system of seeing what the training focus is on which week, and being able to click on individual days to give a 'rest day' seems to have vanished. 3. Team talks - probably most bizarrely of all, I'm not prompted to give an opening, half time or full time team-talk. There must be another way to do this! I can't believe you wouldn't be able to do this as a manager. Can anybody advise please? Thanks in advance
