Does anyone know how I can increase maximum staff wages (if it's even possible)? In my save, the year is 2023, I'm playing as FCSB, Romanian league, club finances are around +50M euros (considered rich), reputation is national (3.5 stars). My wage budget is around 2.3 M euros/month and transfer budget around 32 Meuros. I'm spending ~1 M euros/month on wages. Still, I can't increase the maximum wage for a scout over ~7K/month or a coach higher than ~10-11K. Everytime I ask the board to increase the maximum wages for a staff role, I get the answer that we're already spending enough on staff

When managing an international side, there should be an option to delegate staff recruitment to someone else for example a sporting director in the country’s FA.

Hey! 1.)

Hello all, I'm managing Lyon in my fourth season, my preferred formation is 4231. My regens have been pretty good. I've maxed out the facilities and junior coaching. However, I'm thinking of upgrading my HOYD. My current HOTD is Jean-François Vulliez. My options are: Alex Inglethorpe (who shares my preferred formation) but has slightly less JPA/JPP & WWY. or... Roberto Samaden (who doesn't share the same preferred formation) but has maxed JPA/JPP & WWY all at 20. My concern is, Alex Inglethorpe's scouting knowledge is in England and Roberto Samaden's scouting knowled

I've got a question. I am playing FMM 2018. Whenever I take an assessment for a staff member of mine, there are three options, the third of which is "Purchase Tutor". When I purchase it, will it be useful all the time or do I have to purchase it separately for every single staff member?

Like the title sais: club staff (especially younger staff) should be able tochange their favoured formations over time after spending a long time at a club playing a certain way. I find it very unrealistic that this should be a static trait, when apparently Arsene Wenger at the age of 68 according to FM changed his preferred formation from 4-2-3-1 to 5-2-3 wb wide over the course of a year. If i bring in a 25 year old coach to a club where all the teams play a certain way, it should have an effect (see Jody morris at Chelsea who changed his to 5-2-3 wb wide aswell because of Contes

Hi, Player liaison officers are all the rage amongst the so called bigger clubs now. They help the player settle in by finding them homes, schools for their kids, even restaurant suggestions for their other halfs. How could this this feed into the game? The Player Liasion officer could also have a rating. Based on this, they help the player settlel quicker.

Not sure if this is mentioned elsewhere, I did look. It would add to the immersion if you could build closer relationships with staff. It's very common these days for a manager to have an assistant, coaches etc that generally work together as a unit. The ability to form these groups would be a great improvement. Potentially you might have a coach or two at your club that you've agreed in advance will follow you should you move, it could be a larger group including an Assistant that you worked with once before at another club etc. Also, the ability to speak with staff once you've

At the moment, we have no control over staff adverts in the job centre. Would be nice to specify requirements: desired attributes (for example, Defending at least 18, Working With Youngsters at least 15 etc) language proficiency nationality (if there are board/nation/self-restrictions) is current employment acceptable (i.e. are we ready to pay any compensations)

I see it as a problem: I'm ok with one of the top attackers in modern football having Coaching Attacking 9 and Technical 11 (Tactical 1?!) 'cause not every top player can be a top coach. But an assistant manager with all key attributes equal 1? Come on... P.S. not a CR7 fan, same happened to Messi and others in FM18. Edit: how the player who performed on the highest level (and performed fairly well) can get Tactical Knowledge 1?..

It would be a great little feature if you could sign staff members with a contract start date at the start of the next season, just like you can with players. When you have a current staff member with an expiring contract in a role while you're at your maximum allowed for that role you can't at the moment not pro-actively hire his replacement without firing the guy you want to replace when he accepts his contract offer. It feels hugely disrespectful if you have to fire a guy who has worked 20+ years at the club a few days before he officially retires because you've hired his successor sli

So I started a career with Boreham Wood, but after a couple of seasons I decided to move on and took a job at Leicester. In my interview for the Leicester job I stated that I'd be happy to work with the current staff. However I did not realize that this would mean that I would not be able hire any new staff (stupid me). I am also not able to fire any staff. Is this going to be a permanent feature of my game or will it at some point let me hire and fire staff? I have only been in the job for less than a season. But this could be a real problem in the future.

Can managers and coaches gain new nationality if staying in a foreign country of certain years?

Are there any advantages to having a DoF other than helping you scout and sign players? I only ask because I never employ one, but I'm wondering if it's hardcoded to increase your reputation, or secretly it attracts players a bit more or one that would not necessarily interested before? Or any other hidden reasons it might be beneficial.
