Super cool save man, as an Indian you have me hooked even though I've never quite had the courage to attempt this in FM myself! Great job with Bangalore and with the NT so far. You have had some nice new-gens as well come through and developed them. Selling a young striker to Porto is no mean feat! Sunil Chhetri absolutely is a legend, you are right about that. His physicals would have looked a lot better a couple of years ago. Also IRL for the SAFF Cup, they now invite a couple of other regional teams to make it more competitive. The last one had Kuwait and Lebanon, and India just about got over the line. Seems like that's not reflected in the game.

Just caught up with the Preston part of the thread at least, great career at Deepdale. The 2030-31 season will live long in the memory!

Nice to see you back! I myself have had to take a work and family enforced 3 month break from FM too... however just trying to now catch up with at least a few threads from familiar faces. A very good season there, and would love to see you take up one more role at a big club before FM24 rolls around.

Great season so far mate - and while that was a bit of a rough transfer window I am sure you will emerge strong from it regardless. The new Luis should develop quite quickly given his personality.

And we made just the one signing in January, but it's the best new-gen name I have seen on FM ever I think! I mean, I had to sign him for that name alone! The fact that he looks like he might be a potential wonderkid is purely a bonus! He initially signs on loan but we will probably look to make it permanent.

In more good news, the intake preview also looks promising this season. The investments into the facilities and new HOYD hopefully seem to be helping.

The first half of the season has flown by, and has been very productive by all accounts. Especially December, which as you can see was an absolutely perfect month. Thanks to that, we somehow find ourselves near the top of the table, although I expect Ajax to catch up before long

So as I said, this is primarily where the Almendra money has been invested:

Hopefully we can keep them satisfied! I will definitely start spending at some point, just for the right sort of talent. At this stage freebies do the job just fine.
