Players still do not develop like they did in FM22, even after the small patch
You can see in the video below, these are wonderkids or kids with potential after 5 years of play
It`s from a save started from zero after the patch, the year is 2027
The physical and mental are still developing much better than technical attributes

Exactly, this is what i`m saying, i had tweaked 2 tactics of yours and lost only 1 game in a season with Lyon and now this...
My Arsenal save is even worse, lost 4 out of 5 and just stopped...

There is a BIG PROBLEM in players development, wonderkids and new regens.
The physical and mental parts are developing way too much and the technical part not so much
I`m in 2027 and it`s a disaster, all players are mental monsters but technically they are championship players all of them....and i`m not talking only about my players, the problem is with all the players in the game
Did anyone else noticed this until now???

Everything is just fine, latest updates, win 10 latest updates, FM22 smooth, 1080p and 1440p have the same issue, i play all games in 1440p without any problems
RDR2 in 1440p with 90-100 fps smooth and FM23 feels like a game made for rtx4090

Few things to check… what background apps are running (anti-virus, other game launchers). Check your task manager, see if your hard drives are doing stuff in the background. Check how much free memory you have. Are you running Fm from an SSD?
try and close as many background apps as you can. Go to processes in Task manager and close them that way, sometimes they are still running without you realising
It`s just crazy how poor the optimization is on the game every year.
You can see my GPU is on 99% and CPU on 6% usage ???????
That is crazy, FM22 was on GPU 30% and CPU 25-30%.....smooth
By the way, my drivers and bios are up to date

It`s not normal, i can play any game on 1440p high and ultra but FM has issues every year...NOT NORMAL
