Polish Lower Leagues 1.2 - Domestic Players Only
Have you ever wanted to start a career Athletic Bilbao style? Or maybe you like the Youth Academy Challenge?
With this database you can do both but on a nationwide scale!
Key features:
* Only Polish citizens are eligible to play in all proffesional leagues (Ekstraklasa, I Liga, II Liga)
* All foreigners have been released from contracts
* All clubs are compensated with an additional transfer and wage budget to allow them to replenish their squads with Polish players
* Polish youth rating slightly upgraded
Installation:
Place the file into "Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2022\editor data" folder.
Note:
This file was based on the PLL file made by @bartekr & @kajetanor and I've got their permission to modify it.

It's possible but it has to be done to each country one by one. And then all the nations have to be loaded when starting a new game (if a user wants to have whole Europe under this rule ofc). So a lot of work 😊 5 levels (the same as original file), but only first 3 levels (only professional ones) have to rules applied.
