I feel like I'm overthinking it but it has been suggested by some to look at youth players who are already at the club but are still invisible as if they are part of the U10,U11,U12,etc teams until they're 15/16yo and can officially become a part of the club. So let's say you, run a smaller club and start upgrading all the variables that a user has control over and can improve the odds for a better youth intake (club reputation, HoYD + youth coaches with right attributes, recruitment, junior coaching and facilities). Do these upgrades have full effect starting with the next batch of youth intake or rather it actually takes a few years since these invisible youth players are in the club's youth system for multiple seasons while they are progressing through the ranks?
edit: by next batch I meant within 2 seasons, it's understood that it would have limited impact on an already in progress season
