WORLD CUP 2090 Took this job solely for the World Cup, will resign after the tournament. We had some friendlies in the build up but here are the World Cup results. It was a tough opening game but we battled well and had some good chances to get a better result. It was a terrible start and we gave up far too many chances, we managed to turn things around in 2nd half and we went into final game knowing a win would see us through. A brilliant 1st half display put us in a great position, it didn't go without a scare, it got nervy, thankfully we didn't buckle. Our reward was a game against England. England proved to be too strong, we improved in the 2nd half and made a really good fight but came up just short. Hosts Spain bowed out after finishing 3rd behind Ecuador and Holland. France won their 5th World Cup, they are level with Germany and Brazil, Italy, England and Argentina have won 6. Australia were a team to watch for goals, goals, goals.

Tottenham Are Back! My laptop was going so so slow that I stopped playing my FM pc games. Now I have a new pc this save is back. I still have a long way to go to get Spurs back into top flight again.

MAW Arena (Vicarage Road, Watford, England) We have replaced Watford in the Championship, this gives us a budget of just under £250m to recruit players, we will be starting with a squad of ex Spurs players, also that trend will continue when we venture into the transfer market, it won't be for length of the save, just our early transfers. Ex players will relate to really life current squad, so they might be at the club in this save, also to keep the Spurs link of transfers going for the early seasons players that have joined in real life will be options. So that means players like Bergwign, Alderweirald & Lamela etc can be signed as they are with Spurs at start of this save but not in real life, players like Romero, Bentancur, Perisic & Kulusevski etc can be signed. So below are players we can target, as said this is only for early seasons, I plan on playing the full 30 seasons and want to bring through some youth players and it won't be possible to sign all players on this shortlist, we will try all players on the list until moving on to other targets.

Top of the table clash! It is still early in the season but I thought I would highlight this clash at the top.

Dynamo Dresden Go Top! It was so nearly a perfect month. Top of the table on goal difference, we need to finish games that we dominate, not killing teams off makes things tense and will cost us points like it did against Duisburg.

3 - SEASON 2022/23 _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Results - April & May! It was a poor end to the season, we went into the final game just a point ahead of Everton in 7th. We managed a narrow win over Leeds, Everton beat Leicester so it was vital we hung on. The title race was also dramatic with Man Utd holding Liverpool but Man City were held by Spurs so Liverpool win on GD. We needed to wait for the outcome of the FA Cup final, Arsenal beat West Ham. 3 - SEASON 2022/23 _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Results - February, March & April! A poor run of results during February, things picked towards the end and into March. A couple of defeats to Leicester & Chelsea have dealt a big blow to our European hopes. We are currently 6th but Arsenal have a couple of games in hand, also Leicester are close. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
