Hey guys
When am I likely to be invited into the EPL U23 league? Can I do anything to prompt it?
As you can see I have been in the EPL for some years now...I have an U23 now (I didnt for a long time)

As to when it's in the league, that depends. As far as I can tell, the higher the youth level, the higher the chances. Also current teams have advantage, so if there are more than enough teams with max level to fill it out, the current ones will get in. So if that is the case, you just need to wait until one drops out. I think my team joined after 6 or 7 season with youth level 1, if I remember correctly.

When do I get an U23 side?
I thought I would have been invited to the U23 league.

its only because:
A you're on 13% knowledge
B your scouts are probably poor
C your team is league 1 rated ability (this makes the most sense since relegation contenders usually shop in the league below.)that these guys are appearing
knowledge is 19%

Season three I take Salop to the Premier League. Players gone on holiday and my scout sends me this report.

Your current position in the league wouldn’t be factored in. Unless you get promoted at the end of the season.
and thats is a major issue when you get promoted, when I went to the championship I lost out on loads of players waiting for the update on my league status

I am in season three with Shrewsbury, last season we got into the Championship playoffs, I have played 11 games and I am top of the league.
Is there a way to make my scouts stop rating L1 players so highly?
How is this player a good signing for a team at the top of the championship?!
