Its a Microsoft system - basically a way of controlling a variety of IT infrastructure from a single control point (patch/software/driver management, imaging, remote control stuff).

Why aren't you buying FM 13?
Cheers! I only buy FM every other year as I play too slowly to make it worthwhile getting it every year. It's as though my wife and two young sons want me to spend time with them rather than the fun football game.
