[Match Analysis showing no mistakes made by any player, all season.]

As the title says, my players make several mistakes per game and sometimes post match news articles will mention a mistake leading to a goal, but the mistakes never appear on the match analysis screen, or in the players individual stats on their profile page.

In this game, Stephen Henderson dropped a ball leading to a goal and the "Struggled to perform" area indicates that there was a mistake made.

 

Then on the team analysis, no mistakes...

I'm having the same problem with Premier League games. Every other competition I've set up works, just not this one.
