I have a full understanding of the star ratings and I agree with your point.

But having a look at Thiago - someone who has been praised for his ability year after year as one of the best playmakers in Europe and integral to Bayerns success...

Stats such as:

Determination 11

Decisions 13

Teamwork 10

Concentration 10

 

Are comically laughable and poor. This looks more like League 1 player than a CL winner.
