  2. I am still awaiting a response, I PM'd Ben back in October, logged a ticket with Sega last week and have emailed codesandpromos@play.com. Wondering if there is any danger of some news?
  3. I have PM'd and still awaiting a response also, it wouldn't be as bad if we received some reassurance that this will be fixed. I am shocked at how much of a shambles this has been.
