    Just had my first penalty shootout. It took 28 penalties until the first one missed.

    Awesome! When I started using PCM+ I was silently hoping for you to come back to FM. I used your 4231 a few versions ago and loved it.

    It just fits my philosophy of having symmetry (hello inner Monk) and simplicity. I want my players to decide how to interpret the role.

    Since reading some of your posts I started using cm on support in my 442. Absolutely love it as a double pivot. In a 4231 two dms on support might be a good choice.

    In theory I really like this new approach. When you keep your squad planner up to date and clean, there will be more than enough assignments for your team. But I have one problem: When I try to set up an assignment, I never get player recommendations. Example: Playing in german second Bundesliga, I am looking for a loan from Germany, don't care about position and looking for CA one star und PA 3 stars. That's it. No recommendations. Any suggestions?
