Just wanted to let you know this seems like a brilliant tactic for 9.3. However I just started using it with Newcastle in my 3rd season (2010-2011). Came in 7th my first season just missing out on Europe due to Carling Cup/FA Cup winners (bolton, everton). Second season managed to snatch 6th spot and won the Carling Cup. Found your tactic just in time for the start of my 3rd season at the helm and the results have been wonderful.

Hulk gets an obscene amount of goals with this tactic, something like 18 goals in 23 matches. Milevskyi has 14 goals in 19 matches. Coloccini is next with 13 goals in 20 matches(all from corners). As far as I can see my midfield gets good ratings while my fullbacks get tons of assists.

For my team as a whole we have 42 points from 15 matches (P: 15, 14 wins, 1 loss) in the Premier, beating alot of teams with scorelines like 3-0 and 4-0.

In the EURO Cup we have just qualified from a group containing Sampdoira, Feyenoord and AIK with 16 points from 6 matches.

I tend to use Control in just about every match as it seems the most defensively sound.
