Why do I have to turn on "Manage Individual Training" for both U23/U18 teams in order to directly manage and view the related team's staff pages and members? This has been an issue for a number of years and has never made any sense.
Staff --> Responsibilities --> Youth Team Training --> Leads Individual Training
In order to click on Staff --> Coaching Team --> Under 21s Coaching Team And actually display staff list, not just summary.
I like having the assistants handle individual training, but I also like to know who my Youth Staff are and where areas of improvements may be.
