Indeed, Analyst cannot be 'vertical',  it is tilted at most. Also, Analyst seems to be much further away (yep, even when zoomed in ). This VAR reminds me of the non-classic 2d, that was terminated a few years ago. It sure looks awesome .

I get this camera view only  on disallowed goals replays. I'd love to play with it but I cannot find it.
