Haha, logic failure right there. Can't even blame 'AI' because some boards really are that daft. -
The board will take their bank balance into account when setting your transfer budget, yes. If you've made them a ton of money then they would usually give you a healthy budget next season. But you know, some boards don't always behave logically.
