  3. Hi. To all who are getting the -10 error, our protection provider has found a cause for this problem & is working on a fix as we speak. We estimate that we should be able to provide that sometime in the next few hours.
  4. Hi. We have had some difficulty in repeating this problem in test - the good news is that we have now done so & hope to have a fix which we can provide for this in the next few hours.
  5. I think that means the code you're entering is correct, I'd suggest retrying launching the game a couple of times & on re-entering the code it should work...
