[FM23 - In match stadiums?]

What I have never properly understood (and forgive me as this has probably been asked and explained many times) is why SI cant provide a model like PES does, where users can upload their own custom stadiums built offline (to be able to insert real stadiums). For example - this is what is possible in PES - https://www.pesmodding.com/search/label/PES 2021 Stadiums. I acknowledge the graphics may not be able to be matched in FM but surely the same thoery of giving players the ability to upload stadium assets can apply?

 

They dont even need to provide or go to the trouble of creating a stadium editor - simply give us the ability to be insert new Stadium assets like we do with Logos, Backgrounds, Skins etc. and the community will do all the work! I am sure there is a very good reason why this isnt possible in FM but is in PES but it seems like such an obvious solution to me.

I am sure this has been answered many times, but is there not a situation where the grounds could be moddable (like PES for example). SI dont need to represent the grounds themselves, the community can do all that work - just give us the ability to do so!

Thanks for the upload. v3.0 plays some absolutely sensational football going forward but unfortunately is a bit of a disaster defensively for me so far. Teams are just cutting through me at will.

Oh hell yes this has been bugging me for ages as well. As a staunch 2D Football Manager player being able to incorporate custom pictures in the background (a.k.a Stadium Pictures) would be such a bonus.

Unfortunately I fear 2D is nothing more than an afterthought to SI nowadays. Such a shame as I find the 3D completely unplayable. The graphics and animations are so poor and repetitive it very much takes me out of the game. 2D leaves so much to the imagination that the game as a result feels more realistic.

Playing this with Spurs - what a fantastic database. Great job! Amazingly detailed and had great fun going through random teams to see what players crop up.

Only slight gripe is that Campbell is in the Spurs Legends team (and no King which is a glaring omission!!). I have gone about systematically ruining his career so no worries
