  1. This is an example of the kind of idiotic bids this year's FM seems to be well endowed with. Clubs keep on coming with these silly bids that doesn't evern come close to the expected value of our key players. When I bid, they expect 1.5x to 2x the transfer value to even enter into negotiations
  2. England won the WC with Saka scoring the winner
  3. Silly money for a player who never made first team here. There was a mini bidding war with PSG and Monaco also putting in decent sized bids till he accepted Chelsea.
  4. Hopefully the only further first team out during this window. With 6 CBs fighting for 2 spots, I decided to cash in on the one who was attracting most interest. Turk is someone who has worked under me at 2 clubs and has always been a quality performer. The Squad at the moment The only concern area is GK where we lack good options at the moment. I have couple of decent youngsters in the development squad, but there are no world class GK available in the market as of now. I am going to give Vladimir a chance to stake a claim for the First Choice GK.
  5. Transfer Window Opening Couple of stalwarts and few youngsters released and 3 moved at end of contract I also decided to extend Ant's loan at Bournemouth as I forgot that I had a future transfer agreed for a youngster from Napoli Players in Valdeir is a youngster my scouts pointed out. He will spend the rest of the season back at Brazil I moved for Frederico mostly to head off Man City, who had pit in a bid during last season. I arranged for an end of season transfer for a player who is rated as PL star. Ruyman was a player who had developed nicely, but was beginning to stall at Napoli. I made a move as soon as I decided on not renewing Omishen, but completely forgot that he was going to join up at end of season.
  6. We did not get the fairy tale ending as we got our ar*e handed to us by Pep & Co Absolutely pathetic show by my defence
  7. Old club watch Pep is doing as fantastic job in Italy But Bayreuth's new manager has just led them to their highest ever finish and back into UCL. Danish managers seems to be the lucky charm there Their charge were led by two signings made by Priske, but the top scorer was a player I had signed but never made impact at Bayreuth. He made his way back to Bundesliga via an extended spell in Serie A and have taken the league by storm.
  8. The first weakness is strange considering they have the best GK currently available in Goal
  9. End of League Season 2033/34 We closed out the league season in style and have a big match up with my old club coming up Broke a bunch of records held by Man City And a bunch of awards too And we narrowly missed out on this one
  10. When it rains, it pours Thankfully I was able to reason it out with Saka. He is closing in on the all time appearance and goal scoring records, but I think the scoring one is a bit too far for him.
  11. Trevor would be getting a chance with us next year
  12. Another Icon would be leaving us at end of the current season. I have a 1 year option on his contract, but have decided that I would not be triggering it.
  13. Title in the bag with 6 matches to go I cracked global hall of fame before European one
  14. The winner was one that flew completely under my radar. I have extensive scouting focused on u22 and surprised he was never recommended as a target Only 3 representation from our team, but the last one was a surprise Dave came in through the academy, but was not highly rated by my staff. He is blossoming on loan, but his skills are not upto the mark (except for the pace and dribbling) for a striker. Might retrain him as a winger.
  15. Feb & Mar '34 We have pretty much killed of the title race and have picked out first big trophy of the season with the League Cup win against Southampton. They took immediate revenge by knocking us off the FA Cup at QF stage (I'm sticking with my mix of youngsters + second XI players for cups). Genk fixture was tougher than what it looked on paper and they gave us a run for the money in the first leg. Next up Man City in the UCL
  16. Completed the one missing trophy in the English top division for me. I decided to go with a mix of youth + experience in the final and we almost made a meal of it before securing a dramatic late win
  17. The youth intake was degraded from good to below average, but there seems to be couple of gems in the intake
  18. Osimhen's contract is up at the end of the season and I might not be renewing it. My future star is tearing up the Championship
