Try lowering the overall Mentality setting in the team options to the first notch of attacking or last notch of normal when playing away from home
This works, lost 3-0 away to Bolton, my next away match was Chelsea lowered the mentality as above and managed a 1-2 win, Bosingwa was sent off in the 75th miute, but i was already winning then.

On my Spurs game i have played 4 won 4, goals for 15 goals against 1. First big match coming up against United!!!!
Managed a 0-1 win away against Man Utd, the tactic seems excellent at the moment, 1 goal conceded in 5 games i fantastic so far.

Got a similar problem on my 3rd match of the season against Sunderland, Darren Bent is isolating himself against Lugano and getting one on one with the keeper, i have dropped it down to 8 see if its any better, i have swapped Lugano over with King too, that should help.

Second game, a 3-0 home win against Sparta Prague in the champions league qualifiers. 2 goals for Pav in this game and a MOM performance. Players in so far Guardado, and Lugano. players out Woodgate, Keane, Jenas, O'Hara.

Started a new save with Spurs to test the tactic, first game of the season an easy 3-0 home win against Wolves, the 2 wingers had a few chances each but no goals.

Thanks for that, what about on the left as there are no out and out left wingers in the squad. and i like playing Modric in the middle

Have started a new save with my beloved Spurs, using a version of this tactic you have been describing above Mr Hough......Do you think the current wingers and Forwards at Spurs will be suitable for this formation.

Personally i would love to get a winger tactic to work, and if anyone can succeed then i am sure you can Mr Hough. When do you think it will be ready?
