    I was pretty much set on AMD this time but was told about these issues from someone who owned an AM5 system then returned it for an Intel. I then googled it and yeah, there seems to be many reports of bugs not being fully ironed out yet. I am now considering Intel again but as you say the 14th gen isn't much of an upgrade. The AMD system I'm looking at is cheaper by over £400 as well, so it's tempting.

    How have you found the stability of the system on AM4? I'm seriously considering going with the 7800X3D and AM5 but now worried after reading about the many reports of slow boot times, BSOD, failing to boot etc.

    What do you guys load up in terms of leagues and players? I'm buying a new PC for FM24 so I'll be able to run more than what I can atm.

    I'm going Benfica so will be trying to hold on to this lad! 😍 He's actually one of the main reasons I'm going Benfica this time. He just looks amazing.

    Lol, I just prefer for things to be up to date. I'll probably just play the original way, as I would prefer to have the full squad available from the start. The fantasy mode doesn't really interest me.

    @warlock With regards to this, I meant I'm starting after the official release, I never play during the beta. I was pretty much set on United but think I'm going to go with Benfica after seeing Joao Neves 😍 I also thought Marcos Leonardo was off to Roma irl which put me off as I really wanted to sign him for Benfica, but nothing has been agreed yet so this will probably be my last chance to sign him, as he's almost certainly leaving in January irl.

    Nice to see the Saudi teams are actually making an impact in the game. I thought it would be too late to implement something like that.

    Seriously though, why is this? Hardly any youngsters coming through in Scotland. Motherwell and Aberdeen really the only sides that seem to be bringing players through.

    AMD 7800X3D, because it's purely for gaming. Looking forward to testing it out considering the speed improvements on FM24. Hopefully the 3D cache has a big effect again for test 3.

    Wow, 12 seconds quicker on FM24! Seems like they were telling the truth with regards to game speed 😊 I have the same CPU as you, but I'm upgrading for FM24.

    Same for me, whoever I go as. I will just be using the standard start, so you have the whole team at the start rather than them joining mid pre season.
