[Mr Hough 10.3 Tactics]

HI, I have used various tactics of yours in the past Mr Hough and they work well- However i have always wondered how I am meant to alter the formation/tactics when I have a player sent off- I used to take 1 of the strikers off to make it more balanced but that really doesn't work. I have found taking the dmc out is the best option and playing on the counter but even that isn't brilliant Any thoughts???

A query about striker schedules- I was very surprised to see low levels of shooting and atacking training- surely the 2 most key areas of training for strikers no? Is there a reason for this?
