Earlier in my save I signed Darren O'dea as a coach, a month in i get a message advising the board have blocked the release. I haven't initiated this. I continued to get the message months after until the board have eventually terminated his contract . I'm a few seasons on and I signed him again at another club and have just started to get the same situation. Not had this issue with any other members of staff
