I'm on my 4th team now with Man City, just started with them and have bought one of the world's best players in the regen Dejan Baptiste (below).
I scouted him lots doing my stint at Bayer Leverkusen and continued to do so now at Man City and both sets of scouts gave him reviews of high 90s. So when the chance came to sign him for £87m came, I considered that an absolute steal. Unfortunately, he's not performing. Then it sort of occurred to me that previously at Bayer Leverkusen, at Napoli and at AS Saint-Etienne I used this tactic (and a 4-3-2-1 tactic sometimes) and I've never really had a AMR who has performed well.
This is my current, time-honoured tactic (also below) - what am I doing wrong? Why do no AMRs work here, am I missing something? With Baptiste's skillset and attributes, which tactic would he be best deployed in (I'm determined to make him work).
