Główną zmianą, jaką wprowadziłem, jest to, że RB powrócił do WB(S). Hello, I like 4231, I achieved good results before. I finished 4th at Fulham in season 1. But it got boring and I went back to 433. On the left side, set IWs instead of WB and VOLs instead of DM. IW will "push" VOL forward and VOL will "push" AP more to the right. Change IF to W to make room for VOL and extend the play to the left. The right side looks ok, also change the role of the attacker, I like PFA.

Hello, it worked!!!! After a lot of trial and error, I managed to get tactic 433 right. I started my career with Wolves, they have a young and quite weak squad. At the beginning I only bought Ismail Yuksek, in the winter transfer window I bought Soler, Bardhij and Seimen. I managed to take 5th place!! The game shows me that I have been promoted to the UEL, Liverpool won the UCL, I think I should play in the UCL next season, I don't know why the game shows like that. When it comes to tactics, it is very interesting, my players play very nice football, the defense is a bit weak but because I have weak defenders. See for yourself!!

Sorry, but your tactics are wrong. You have too many attacking Wa, APa and AFa players. In addition, DMs who will almost always be under the opponent's penalty area during the attack. Hello, 4231 is a very good setup, I achieved a lot with my save in Fulham. However, it started to get a bit boring for me, so I decided to start over with Valencia and set 433. I'm only halfway through the season, I signed Oscar Romero for free. In January I sold Jose Gay with great pain, but Al-Ittihad offered 81 million euros. Coming back to tactics, this is my own tactic, I always make my own tactics because it gives me the most satisfaction. After 21 matches I am second in the table. Maybe this will help you.
The tactics are very good defensively, my goalkeeper has 12 clean sheets in 21 matches. Hugo Duro is also great in attack, he has 13 goals, not counting IF and IW. It is important to have a strong and good header and off-the-ball striker, there are many crosses from the full-backs. My left wing back is actually a key player in this tactic.

- You will also be able to win lots of corners, so make sure you have a good corner delivery specialist and 1-2 players with very high jumping to head home near post corners.
Formation 433 is my favorite and I cannot agree with what you write.
The IW and IF roles must be set to attack. Just a striker + a central attacking midfielder is not enough.
I did a lot of tests, the WBs/s play like they have no brain, they also leave a lot of space and gaps in the back. I switched to FBs and I can tell you that by setting a more offensive full-back such as Lamptey or Semedo on FBs, they will play and attack and stretch the game better than when placed on WB.
Additionally, FB plays better in defense and doesn't rush forward like an idiot.
There are many options in DM, my favorite is Regista, it's just everywhere, or HB when I want to play with 3 defenders.
As a striker, I like PF, he uses pressing, moves back to get the ball like DLF and goes to free areas like AF.
I have one tactic 433 with 3 defenders which promoted Millwall to the Premier League in the 1st season.

It worked!! I played the entire season without watching the matches because I already knew the tactics and players I had. I used commentary during the matches.
The end of the season was nervous, especially the last match, Leicester played at home against Blackburn and lost!!!
For me, a draw with Swansea was enough, I was losing 0-1, but I managed to draw 1-1!!!
However, greater calm and good changes during matches and analysis gave me a promotion!!!
I got £35 million for transfers.
I'll add that I don't use save/load, I'm ambitious

I don't use save/load. I am honest. I just won away against Norwich 3-2. Let's hope they get relegated this time.

I took 3rd place, I was 1 goal away from having a higher goal difference and taking 2nd place in the table!! in the play-offs I lost 0-5 against Hull City and turned off the game. I only played 1 season of Wolverhampton to check my tactics and I deleted my save :) and I want to start in Spain. I played left-footed Pedro Neto on the left wing, he was amazing, Newcastle bought him for £75 million. Pablo Sarabia played on the right wing. Applies to FM 2024 and 4231DM settings. IF and IWa attack the penalty area too aggressively and are left alone. Try to place Leao on the right wing as IWs. I noticed that players with a stronger left foot, playing on the left wing, etc., are much better. I finished 5th in the Premier League with only 2 player transfers. 4231 dm is my favorite formation. I experimented a lot with the two in midfield. The combination of TF and SS is fantastic. TF is more "static", he goes back for the ball and scores many goals after crosses from IWs and full-backs. SS runs through the channels on the left and right, replaces TF in the penalty area, his pressing is amazing.
In Wolves' 1st season, I took 5th place and qualified for the Champions League, my Cuhna, who played for SS, won the player of the year with over 20 goals. I recommend.

Hello, I'm new to the forum, but I've been reading it for several years.
Maybe it's not a big discovery, but IWs perform better than IF. They go inside, to the end line like wingers, and into the penalty area like IF. The better the player, the better it looks.
I play with two IWs, left-footed, it creates a nice confusion for the opponent, one plays more like a winger, the other goes inside. I hope my advice will be of some help to you.
