I recently pre ordered football manager 2024 from Smyth's game arrived on Monday and downloaded it I tried to play the game on epic games error code LS-0013 launch failed please verify your installation pops up I tried verifying game files nothing worked error code still persists tried deleting Web cache, updated graphics card and windows even direct x , uninstalled epic games and reinstalled also uninstalled football manager and reinstalled multiple times but nothing worked even admin privileges and run as administrator and disabled firewall didn't work. I can play football manager 2023 but not football manager 2024 I'm so disappointed and frustrated because I'm really eager to play the new game this error is so frustrating tried everything to get the game to launch but it's refusing to play especially when that error code keeps popping up. I am sure I've got the full version as I got a code which I redeemed I've not got the beta version.Please can someone help me with this issue?

I am also having issues keeps coming up with error code LS- 0013 Launch Failed please verify installation well I've tried everything all the steps and game still refuses to launch error code still persists I've tried all the steps nothing works at all. I can play Football Manager 2023 but not 2024 I've updated my graphics card and windows even direct x uninstalling epic games reinstalling verify game files and uninstalled football manager 2024 reinstalling multiple times disabled firewall and admin privileges deleted web cache but same issue persists don't know what else I can do now to try and get it to work I pre ordered the game from Smyth's toys got it Monday it's definitely the full version not Beta help I really want to play this game but I can't because it' will not launch at all no matter what I do it still will not launch.
