  1. It's 5 changes from 7 subs, 3 times.

    In 2022 they implemented the new rule which can be seen in this official quote from the cpl website, "As most professional leagues have now established, with the health and safety of players at the forefront, teams will have five normal substitutions over the course of three opportunities and two concussion substitutions available for the duration of regulation including extra time. In the CPL Final, clubs may carry over any unused substitution(s) and opportunities from regulation into extra time. A sixth substitution is to be used exclusively during the extra time of the CPL Final only."

    This is still used during the 2023 season with many teams making more than 3 substitutions over the season

    A recent example of this can be seen in Pacific FC's 4-1 win over York United on September 17, 2023 in which both teams made 5 changes from their 7 subs named to the bench on 3 occasions.

    Jozy Altidore is incorrectly credited as Youngest Goal Scorer at 14 years and 0 days, the date of his "goal" is also his birth date, November 6 1989. 
    The real youngest goalscorer is Freddy Adu at 14 years 320 days in a 3-2 loss vs the MetroStars.
