If they are are fully retired, as the case may well be or just not in the database at all, then yes it's a case of creating a new one. Either way we try as much as possible to preserve the existing player/non player and only create a new one if there is no other choice.

As title, few of files in this site got detected as dangerous on my browser(Vivaldi) what happened?

not sure either as my browser also called it dangerous but VirusTotal said this (there are some Unrated so take it as additional info for consideration.)
