Set piece plans went missing

I noticed the set piece plan you created on the main tactics menu doesn't carry into the actual gameplay?! It goes missing. I had 3 attacking corner routines but when I go into a footabll game, everything is just gone as well as my takers list is completely empty too!! it is extremely frustrating that i have to load all my routines every single time when I go into a football game!!
