Due to the upcoming release of possibly the best FM installment to date? And I truly believe this after Mr Anka's beautiful summary of the details and game in general! I'm sure we all agree to the above☝️ I would like to invite established FM players, to be given a chance to join and also give equal opportunity to all participants to help create and build the league, with all input put to each player, so a more democratic approach! This league can be a start up of. A range of similar range rep teams, then select teams to create another league. A create team ethos, where given a transfer budget all equal to build, blank squad, creating a more realistic, if we can, transfer competitiveness. Maybe a league picked by all parties, if enough gained, to do a pick of the hat type game, where as the lower teams start with a handicap of sorts in relation to rep and balance ect... These are just a few I've thought of, any other ideas or anyone wanting to help or would like to advise please do!! This is the tactic I've managed to garner and nourish into a massive scoring and solid defensible force that has become unstoppable over the three years at United! Total rebuild, with some great wonderkids found and garnished to perfection and a few due to come up! All these are found using the scouting and attribute technique and then scouted by the top scout, usually around 18-20 on both ability and potential. Sold a few players for good money and bought wisely, also included a few loans early on of youngsters who looked good and grew them within and later either bought them or let them go back, a few like Moukoko, Silva, Lafont, Ferguson to name the main ones and few more to come through. This tactic started off as a 3-3-2-2 and slowly evolved to what it is now! Slow, short passing, possession based with instant press when lossing ball, also high press constantly.
