How do I add international playoffs for teams who finish in a certain position in an international league (which is a qualifier for euros)

In the new UCL, UEL and UECL format it’s one big league but you only play a certain amount of teams. I’m doing a big international league but not sure how to do that type of fixture stuff. Any help on how to do so??

I need help to create an international league system but I don’t know how to do it and can’t find how to do something similar on YouTube or Google. What I want to is create a pyramid where it’s 11 leagues and 5 teams in each league. The teams in the competition will be the 55 UEFA Nations. I also want to add relegation and promotion in the league with 1st in Leagues B-K going up and 5th in Leagues A-J going down. I also want to make 2nd in Leagues B-K play the team 4th in the league above them in a 2 legged promotion/relegation play off with the 2nd place team being home in the 2nd leg

I want to make a custom league system which includes all 55 UEFA Nations. 11 leagues, 5 teams in each league. I have no clue how to make it tho, someone help please
