Honestly, not really something I have the level of knowledge to comment on directly in terms of the volume of data etc. This said I can continue to push through the examples that you provide (and continue to provide) to the relevant teams but please do so on your bug thread as that's where the QA team will be checking in more frequently. Checking the post in the bug tracker and internally, I can see this information is continuing to be logged. This has to do with importing save files from FM23 we believe, but it's not going to be fixed for FM24 - the plan is to address it for FM25.

We are happy to announce that the Football Manager 2024 Major Update is now available on Console. An update for Football Manager 2024 Touch and Football Manager 2024 Mobile are scheduled to follow next week. This update contains fixes and improvements across multiple areas of the game. Gameplay upgrades are compatible with existing careers, although you will need to start a new saved game to benefit from the data and competition updates. We do have an update to address this on iOS, this was due to drop at the end of last week but something out of our control prevented this. As soon as it's possible we'll get this update out. Thank you for your patience.

Did you manage to get it uploaded? Looking over the image, it says it's uploaded but we aren't able to see it. Can you make sure you name the file something unique so it's easier for us to identify.

You will be able to see the 'Call up to Nation' button at the bottom of the players profile, as seen below. The International squad limit is 30 players so you may need to drop some players if you wish to call up some more players. Can you explain further what you mean by "I cannot see their abilities during the match"

Unfortunately not, your save will be specific to the Console version.

We have seen a few players report this but have been unable to reproduce this internally so far. Does this only happen within certain menus and is it happening every time or just randomly? Have you also changed any of the accessibility settings on the game?

This is a known issue. We will keep this under review and provide an update when possible.

Are you able to give us some additional information? Does anything happen after seeing the joining game message? Also, have you also tried them hosting and are you joining their game to see if it improves anything?

I'm not sure if this is the exact same issue as the OP hasn't suggested they have loan players. If they do, and as for your issue, this should be fixed in our next update.

Are you able to share a picture of the file structure you are seeing? As for other information that may be useful for us, can you answer the below: Have you attempted to access FM24 Mobile through more than 1 Netflix profile? Have you previously exported any saves/careers to a folder before the saves were lost? Have you performed an uninstall/reinstall of the app before the save was lost?

This is similar to the other thread in this section. This is a known issue and should be fixed as part of a future update. I'll notify you once the update containing the fix is live.

This wasn't part of the update that dropped yesterday but should form part of the next update.

There will be some fixes coming as part of the next update, although if the saves are contained outside of the career folder which is related to this issue, following the steps earlier in this thread may recover them. If anyone on iOS has tried this and it's been successful, it would be good if you could confirm (It's not a guarantee in all cases). Are you iOS or Android?

Nothing further to share from us but as mentioned it's being looked into.

Can you let us know what device you are using and the software version? If you could also try clearing the App Cache and then launch FM24 Mobile again. Settings>Apps>FM24>Storage>Clear Cache
