  2. There isn't a cloud option on Android, you'd need to export it and then it will show in your documents folder. Then you'd need to import it.

  8. Assuming you have attempted to redownload the game in full to see if that helps? Also, what sort of storage space do you have left on your system?
  9. @Luiza lampard - This will only update once we release one of the larger database updates. Any updates to certain teams/players that have been made via updates so far should be applied as long as you've updated your game.
  10. We have had a handful of reports regarding the error message that is appearing for some players ‘FM24 Console Memory Warning’ – as seen below. Our QA teams are currently investigating the issue and are attempting to reproduce this issue. To help us with this investigation, it will be helpful if you can report in this thread if you have experienced this issue. We have also provided some additional steps below that may help game and play. If you want to retain your save, it’s important that you first back this up via USB before doing any of the steps. There is no guarantee that saves will work after completing the steps as the save could be causing the issue. Try closing all background applications and only launching FM24 on your console Restart your console and then try launching the game If the game is unplayable, we recommend that you wipe all FM data from your machine. !PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DELETING YOUR DATA WILL BE IRREVERSIBLE AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP RECOVER THIS! Go to "Settings" "Saved Data and Game/App Settings" "Saved Data (PS5)" "Upload or Delete data from Console Storage" "Delete" Tick the "Football Manager 2024 Console Edition" checkbox Confirm that they want to delete the data Please then try starting the game again and see if you can play without encountering this error. We appreciate this may not solve the issue for some players and we are continuing to investigate the issue. If you find any of the steps above have helped solve this issue for you, please provide this feedback below to help other players. Likewise, if you find any other solution yourself or have some suspicions as to what may be triggering it on your side, please provide this information so our QA team can investigate.

  12. Can you confirm the formation you are looking for? I'm guessing it may be the 4-4-2 diamond you mentioned in the other thread.

    Appreciate it probably won't be the answer you want to hear, but if you are unable to find the files on your device using the steps provided earlier, it's extremely unlikely they will be recoverable/found at a later date. As for a fix, I understand the frustration and I'm checking in with the QA team daily, they are doing their best to try and find a reliable reproduction of the issue on both Apple and Android which can then hopefully lead to a fix. At this stage, despite their best efforts this hasn't been possible.

  20. I've spoken with QA and they haven't heard of such a thing happening. The only thing that could cause it during this start-up phase is a sync with the cloud. It may be worth backing up what you need to the cloud and then doing a wipe of the data and then re-downloading it.

    The team pushed a fix for Apple in our second Minor Update which had fixed it for the devices we'd managed to reproduce this on internally. As such, this update was provided to players. However, it appears another issue has since surfaced and we are continuing to investigate. We appreciate it isn't ideal and are working to try to reproduce this so we can provide a fix in a future update. I'll share more as the investigation moves forward.
  23. Are you able to confirm which console you are playing on? This seems quite excessive and we haven't seen other reports of these sort of loads times.
  24. With the seeding, there are some restrictions due to the way FMM works. For what is within FMM, it should work as follows, anything outside of this we'd recommend flagging in our bug tracker: The first knockout round between the teams that finished 9th-24th with the top 8 seeded and the bottom 8 unseeded. The winners of that are the unseeded team against the teams that finished in the top 8 Essentially; Playoff - 9-16th vs 17-24th Round of 16 - 1-8th vs winners of playoff There is also a known issue where you can play against teams from your nation within the group stage.
