    Mineiro (ATM) is missing. I'm pretty sure they went into administration (or something weird of the like) early in the season (during the State championships). Idk how that made Libertadores bypass them, but that is the heart of the issue.

    5 of the groups in the Libertadores have not played a single game and we are already in July. This has stopped the Sudamericana as well since only 3 3rd places have been resolved. It seems (to me) that one team that was supposed to be qualified wasn't drawed in (disappeared, so to speak). I also think said team is either brazilian or argentinian since all the other countries have the 4 spots they're supposed to have.
