    Hi all currently managing Hyde United in the Vanarama National League. One of my players, a new gen signed for free after being released by Liverpool, was attracting interest from Championship clubs so I offered him out and ended up selling him to Watford for 6 million. This to me seems like a crazy amount for non-league and he was just an average squad player at best. Are these types of fees common in Non-League and what is the highest transfer fee you received for a player in Non-League?

    Thank you everyone. Got promoted from the Vanarama National League North using "no team instructions" (or as @GreenTriangle explained using only those team instructions that are predefined for a certain configuration) so it is definitely possible

    Hi all is it possible to be successful using no Team Instructions? Is a tactic with suitable roles, duties and a set mentality with top players for the league you're playing in good enough to win non league and top tier leagues?

    Hi all I am having great success in the National League North by recruiting players with good physical attributes. Does placing an emphasis on physical attributes continue to work as you rise up the leagues or do other stats (mentals in particular) start to become more important? At what stage should I start focusing on mentals and even technical stats too?

    Hi all I love playing Football Manager but useless at creating tactics! Can you be successful using just one preset tactic through out an entire save without tweaking roles etc. Are all presets and styles good enough to use as they are? Can this be achieved using a non league team and taking them to the top division in their country?
