    For me, if you only read the RBFA rules, it's not that clear U23 can't be champions but cannot be promoted. If they can be champions, it means that they can play the championship playoffs...

    Hi, just started a savegame with SL16 in D1B and the 3rd round of the Cup is drawned after a few days. U23 teams (SL16, RSCA Futures, Club NXT, Jong Genk) shouldn't be qualified as they are B teams. Same thing for others U23 teams in 3rd division (Jong AA Gent, OHL U23, Young Reds, Zebra)
