So I noticed a thing, where players values do not increase regardless of performance/ a good wage/ current ability increases etc. Example. Doku 153 CA - 162 PA Last year scored 31 goals in 47 Games - Game Guide Value - £10m This year after 8 Games and 7 Goals with a 7.28 Rating - Game Guide Value - 2.7m - 4.2m Surely this is wrong!

Alot of issues in this game that I found have taken the game backwards. FM23 - Goalkeepers often found in no mans land. - Defenders freezing animation wise in and out of possession [especially vs long balls] - as well as a lack of sprinting in key moments. - Lack of Pressing [Engagement] - Defenders don't engage as they should. - Decision Making vs AI - Lack of tactical consistency - Despite having familiarity players seem not to perform regardless - losing possession constantly whilst they AI look like prime Barcelona or prime Atlectico Madrid. - AI goal conversion regardless of how many or how little shots have been taken. - Lack of willingness to cross the ball - Lack of player reaction to ball positioning on the pitch.
