I get the prematch mail where the second teamtrainer asks which players to play and he lets randomly players play that are even at this team/or club (look at the assigned team at the top of the playerscreen) and does not play my players from the first team even if selected.

Hello Guys i've started the youthintakeonly challenge and while its going good for my first and u20 team, my second team/club is not working. It starts with the second club beeing semipro, while my first team and my u20 is pro. First team is pro. Second team is semipro. So the people in my youth team have a fulltime contract, the people in my u20 have a fulltime contract. If they progress with their career they make a backstep and train lessin a higher league with the second team while still being on a fulltime contract. Trainingschedule First Team: Youth Team: Second Team: Also literally i can't see which positions are open if i wanna hire some people. Proteam employee screen: Youth Team employsee Screen: Employee screen for my second team. Also literally anyone i wanna hire wants to get a fulltime contract for my u20 team and doesn't wanna be semipro with the second team even if all the boxes for reserveteam or b club are ticked. The most annoying thing is i can't give the second team the starting 11, the formation or anything else i want to give them. The trainer literally switches everything even if i give him a starting 11 with players of the first team in the e-mails you get pre matchday. Also he just selects random players of the U20 Team if they are avaible. Here a example: Pekkanen is in the u20 (look at the top of the screen). But he gets randomly selected for the B Team and playes there CB while having a jumpingreach of 6.. And in the formscreen the games he played for the second team are hidden while he played! Is the second team bugged? Do you have the same problems? Do you have a workaround for this? I would love some help. Thanks

It's a partnerclub. But i am pretty sure i can't because i can do the players, formation and everything else i want for my U20 without any problems and the trainer does no switches but for my second team the Trainer just switches the tactic and ranomly selects players even if they are selected for the U20

Am i allowed to use a second Trainer in the lower playable league for my second Team to get the tactics, formation and players right? My second Team is a partnerclub and i dont have really influence as Trainer of the first team and my second team trainer just do poorly.

I have some questions. Is it allowed to make a second human trainer for my second team? Also in my second team were some players without contract that just in the second season appeared. They got promoted in the first finish league and i think they came while i was still in charge with transfers. Without contract but not greyed out but in there history was just Jazz pori II and no other club. I didnt use them and released them. Did i fail the youth challenge?

Hello, i have devided to join you guys on your mission. Last FM i was kinda doing a journeyman save in nothern europe and in the end i won the CL with Viking Stavanger. This time i wanted to go to finland because i did win every first League division in northern europe except finland. Also somewhere here was a graphic that said no one finished with finland? Salama, Jazz Pori and Atlantis A came from the second Division. Jazz Pori had facilities at 4 which looked really promising but they had like 8 Players with a contract. Salama had more players with contracts, a reserveteam and a u20, I've decided then to join them. I coundn't cancel the transfers which solves my goalkeeperproblems, or not? It's with the rules if i cant cancel or not? Or is a another way to cancel? Have a nice day!
