When you win promotion from a lower league, you're faced with 2 months of downtime in which players who are going to be your new competition won't give you the time of day. It's frustrating to be told by a player "you need to be promoted first" when you are being promoted, and it breaks down the simulation where the player you approach will be aware that you're going to be in the league he wants to play in.
Reputation should be the easiest one: you can get a temp reputation boost that overrides your rep after winning a league that is in effect until reputation is recalculated. League is harder because that probably controls a lot of different things, but would be a targeted fix within the contract negotiation and scouting codebase.
This has been an issue for a number of years, at least since FM21.
Spring update, please? Fixing this could keep me playing for years.

Play on Xbox game pass cloud. Would love to see the ability to filter search by work permit likely. It's in recruiting, but my scouts suck butt when looking for specific positional players. Should be there. Alternatively, supporting gamepad navigation on PC would also help my use case.
