I couldn't determine which forum exactly this fit into but... I cannot locate or figure out the setting, or responsibilities area that will prevent my GM or the Technical Director (after I fired the GM for this issue) from the following things: Extending contracts of squad players- I want complete control of this and the GM extended the contract of a GK I intended to move out or release Taking action on loan offers, despite the fact that I have the setting "I'll respond myself" set on every available loan player Agreeing to loan player related to the above for no fee or salary contribution Every responsibility setting I can find sets these examples to my control, yet it is still happening. What do I do? Thank you.

Where do you locate this V-Sync setting? I have the GeForce RTX 3080, but can't find an Nvidia control panel... Corrected to say, I can find the control panel, but no such setting. Edited once more to say, I found the setting and it was already as suggested as above.

Thank you, had to go back to work, but left it trying to load. I'll see what I have when I get home.

This is exactly what is happening to me. Windows... pretty souped up computer. It has stayed like that for over 10 minutes
