News aren't the same as the inbox entries that usually break the processing. I don't know which one you are referring to.

After installing the game for the first time, I always go to "Preferences" and go item by item configuring to my liking. Some time ago, I was frustrated because every time I went to procesing, I had a lot of stops, and most of the time there was no message in the inbox that justified the stop. After doing some research on this forum, I saw some users recommending unticking the option "Custon Screen Flow / Visit News Screen Automatically" (specially @XaW , thank you), which significantly improved my processing time. At first, I was surprised that I missed that option, but then I realised that this option doesn't show up unless you search for it specifically using the search box. By trying some random words I discovered more hidden preferences. Is there a list with all the hidden preferences somewhere?, or could you tell me if there is any other important hidden preference?

South America: Div 1 and Div 2 (strongest leagues): Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador Only Div1: Chile, Uruguay, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay Not loaded (weakest league): Venezuela Europe: (same logic, using UEFA coefficient, Div1+2 for the strongest leagues, then only Div 1 for some other strong leagues, and the rest are not loaded) Div 1 and Div 2: Germany, Spain, France, England, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal Only Div 1: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Scotland, Greece, Israel, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine North America: Only Div 1: Mexico and USA Africa: Only Div 1: Egypt Asia: Only Div 1: Saudi Arabia ----- I like to manage in different teams/countries in the same save, so I tried to make a balanced and realist world (as far as my computer can handle), I resigned Asia and Africa (loaded one league from each continent so they can have some strong representation in the FIFA Club World Cup, also Saudi Arabia has a good transfer activity), NA I think it's pretty well covered with only loading Mexico and USA, SA and EU are very complete in my opinion. Custom DB where I load international players, players from top clubs, with cont. rep., and from club in cont. competitions from every country (155k players) Default Details, I didn't touch that. I don't have any "View only" league.

Failing to achieve goals is part of any manager's life, it's realistic. I have no problem when it happens to me in the game. And just like in real life, you simply have to accept defeats and move on

pressing "space" doesn't work either?

When creating the save, you can add the real players of non-playable leagues using the "Custom Database" setting.
